Water

Did you know that water is the heaviest liquid?  Water clears fats from your blood and impurities from your organs.  Every cell in your body depends on water.  It has been said that we can live without food, but only three days without water.  Blood is approximately 83% water, muscles are 75% water, and bones 22%. 

What we drink is liquid, but not water. Coffee dehydrates the body and leeches vitamins and minerals.  Osteoporosis is becoming epidemic among teens because the drink of choice is carbonated beverages and sports drinks, rather than water. Milk is a better choice, but your body is more than 70% water; not soda, milk or coffee.

Water drinking is becoming more and more popular and that's good news.   It is now very important to have the best water possible for your body.   The average person should drink 1/2 their body weight in ounces of water per day.  That means if you weigh 120 lbs., you should drink 60 ounces of water a day.  That's pretty easy!  But it should be water, not soda!!!!

I recommend getting a good water filter to be sure that the chemicals and other impurities, parasites and heavy metals are removed from your drinking water.  You can either buy a filter or be a filter!  Drunk.    Drink up!
